Portabello Sunday Brunch Menu
Pour a large measure of Stolichnaya over ice, add a few drops of Tabasco and two or three turns of Worcestershire sauce, add a good pinch of both rock & celery salt and a few twists of pepper. Squeeze wedges of fresh lime & lemon and top with tomato juice. Now pour into a mixing glass and give a good stir. Pour into a Hoffmann glass and top with a Tio Pepe float. Garnish with a lightly salted fresh stick of celery.
